Fyllda havrebars

The filling-to-bar ratio is honestly perfect, I can taste the nut butter in every single bite. These bars are dense and chewy enough that one actually holds me over until lunch, which is rare for me.

The nut butter is packed in there so thick it’s basically a filling first, oat bar second. I’ve tried a lot of stuffed bars but this one actually lives up to the “jar to bar” claim, dense and messy in the best way.

Cut one open and the nut butter layer is genuinely thick, not a skimpy smear like most bars. It's dense enough that I eat half and feel properly full, but the oats keep it from being too heavy. These are my new desk drawer staple.
