The smooth version has that naturally sweet finish you don't usually find in peanut butter, and it spreads perfectly without that oily layer on top. I've been eating it plain off the spoon every afternoon.
The dark roast is the way to go—deep, toasty flavor that actually tastes like the peanuts came from somewhere special. I've had sweeter supermarket brands, but this one has a natural richness that's ruined me for the cheap stuff. Jar's gonna be empty by the weekend.
The crunch in the Crunchy jar is perfect—not dusty, but actual peanut pieces that hold their texture. You can really taste the difference the single-origin Argentina beans make, it's got a warmth to it that regular peanut butter just doesn't have.
